Package with Care
Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective packaging and boxing to ensure they arrive back at our studio without any breakage.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
