Are Chive Ceramics pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, all of our functional stoneware is fired at high temperatures to ensure durability and is safe for use in both the microwave and dishwasher. However, hand-washing is recommended to extend the life of your unique pieces.
How do you ensure fragile items don't break during shipping?
We take great care in packaging our ceramics using eco-friendly, recyclable cushioning and double-walled boxes to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for handcrafted items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that because each piece is handmade, slight variations in glaze and shape are expected and celebrated.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I place a custom order or commission a specific design?
We occasionally open slots for custom commissions. Please contact our studio directly through the contact form to discuss your vision and check our current availability.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damaged piece and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
